Submit request
Placing an order
Placing an order requires a 30% advance payment of your order. Once the advance payment is received, the order is passed to production. The rest of the balance for the order must be paid before the house leaves the warehouse. All payments are accepted by bank transfer.
Production
If the product is out of stock, the normal production time is 5-6 weeks. Non-standard projects may require an additional week. Production times may vary depending on order quantities and seasonality.
Departure from the factory
Once the product has been manufactured, it is packed in airtight, weatherproof packaging. Once final payment has been received and a suitable delivery date has been arranged, we organize transport.
Delivery
The price for delivery is agreed in advance and indicated on the invoice. The price depends on the place of delivery and the method of delivery chosen.
Preparation of the installation site
Before the product can be assembled, it is necessary to install the foundation according to the technical diagram we have provided. Our partners can carry out the installation of both pile and concrete slab foundations. These services are billed directly to the contractor.
Assembly
The assembly of the house and the additional installation work can be carried out by our trusted partners. The estimate and the timeframe for installation are agreed with our manager.
